How can I get a copy of my member statement?

Free – Log onto Internet Banking, and you will find your statements available for you to print. Not set up Internet Banking? To set up Internet Banking, call us at (620) 663-2991

For a $1.00 per page fee, the credit union staff can access your statement and print it.


Does the credit union have a night deposit box?

There is a night deposit box where you can place your deposits and loan payments after we are closed. It is located before the drive-up window. The night deposit box is secure, and the deposits will occur the next business day.

Yes. As long as you have set up the "who" you are paying on a desktop device, you can pay using your mobile device to schedule and make payments.


Does the credit union have a drive-up window?

We have two drive-up lanes. The drive-up lanes are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays.


Does the credit union have a coin-counting machine?

Yes, we have a coin-counting machine. Members can use the coin machine for small quantities during normal lobby hours from Monday through Friday before 4 p.m.

  • For coin volume below $400, this service is FREE!

  • For coin volume at or above $400, we ask for 24 hours to count the coins, and we charge a 1% fee. 

  • For coin volumes at or above $1,000, we ask for 24 hours to count the coins, and we charge a 3% fee.

Your loan contract requires you to carry insurance until your loan is paid in full. If you do not have insurance on your auto, you may obtain insurance from your agent.

For a $2.00 fee per check copy, the credit union staff can obtain a copy for you. Please have the check number, date of check, amount, and to who it was payable.
